about

Recorded by Chris Harris at Bell Labs Studio live in August and September of 2007, Norman, OK. The overdubs were done in October/November at his house. Before the recording Matt Carson moved to Chicago in the summer of 2005, and Blaine moved to Japan at nearly the same time. Jeff and I played in a couple different configurations of the group before deciding to re-form as a three piece when Blaine moved back nine months later. Due to different circumstances we didn't start rehearsing fully again until the fall of 2006. We played several shows, and decided to record in the fall of 2007. This is our only recording as a three piece, and the last album with Blaine Palmer before he moved to New York City. Most of the writing/arranging was done in our basement at 309 South Lahoma, Norman, OK.
